Tai Chi for Balance Improvement   

Yang Style 10 Form is a relatively new form developed in the early 2000’s by a commission to create other tai chi forms . The 10 Form was created to be easier to learn than the Tai Chi 24 Form. It is composed of 10 movements used in the Yang 24 Short Form but with slight differences in sequence and direction. Learning this form is advantageous for practicing Tai Chi 24 Forms. Students learn easily and greatly improve balance.
