Total Body Reset   

This 50 min class is a mixture of cardio conditioning and strength & stretch.  work on total body functionality. This class will include : TRX, BOSU, STEP, HIIT, Tabata, and kickboxing training.  All classes will finish with a form of core and stretch training.  Heidi Marshall, Clark Health and Physical Education faculty member will share over 25 years fitness experience.
