Carrie is a lifelong journal-junkie, author of two published memoirs, lover of life.

Please bring a pen, paper, notebook, or a laptop. Art supplies are highly recommended, such as colored pencils, crayons, pens, water colors, or stickers. Last of all, select a poem, song lyrics, famous speech or document that inspires you.
