      Explore the world of non-fiction comics in this engaging, discussion-based reading group. Each week, you'll receive a short comic (10-20 pages) in PDF form, along with discussion questions and supplemental materials-such as interviews with the creators or articles that provide deeper context. Together, we'll explore a range of non-fiction comic genres, including Graphic journalism, Memoir, Informational comics and Graphic medicine. No prior experience with comics is necessary-just curiosity and a willingness to explore stories, told in ink and image.

      Please bring a pen, paper, notebook, or a laptop. Art supplies are highly recommended, such as colored pencils, crayons, pens, water colors, or stickers. Last of all, select a poem, song lyrics, famous speech or document that inspires you.
