      Join this continuation from the beginning series. Cross Step Waltz is a more casual, relaxed way of traveling around the floor than standard box step waltz. Steps and techniques taught in the beginning level will be reviewed. New steps will include Lead turns, Tuck turns, and the Waterfall. Although not required, you will be invited to change partners to learn more effectively. Singles and Couples welcome. Prereq: Beg Cross Step Waltz or Waltz fundamentals.

    Zumba is the most fun you will ever have exercising. You will experience an hour of continuous Latin movement to rhythms such as Merengue, Salsa, Raggaeton, Cumbia, Soca, even Swing. Our instructor gives verbal as well as visual cues to ease the learning process. Also low impact versions of each move are demonstrated. Your teacher's philosophy is that there is no such thing as mistakes - only improvisations. Come join the fun and burn up to 700 calories a class.
