Zumba is the most fun you will ever have exercising. You will experience an hour of continuous Latin movement to rhythms such as Merengue, Salsa, Raggaeton, Cumbia, Soca, even Swing. Our instructor gives verbal as well as visual cues to ease the learning process. Also low impact versions of each move are demonstrated. Your teacher's philosophy is that there is no such thing as mistakes - only improvisations. Come join the fun and burn up to 700 calories a class.
