This 48-hour bootcamp teaches participants all aspects related to blood collection and will develop comprehensive skills necessary to perform venipunctures completely and safely.
Students will perform skills on each other. This includes venipuncture and capillary puncture. Exposure to blood, blood-borne pathogens and other bodily fluids is an associated risk of agreeing to participate in this training course.
Prerequisite: High school diploma or equivalent.
