Flagger   

 

This one-day training is approved training by the Washington State Department of Labor and Industries for flagging and traffic control with hands-on practice. The course covers the Manual on Uniform Traffic Control Devices (MUTCD) and local laws, flagger procedures, proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE), and other required topics.  Student will be required to take a written test with a score of 80% or better to pass. Upon successful completion, you will receive a Washington Flagger Certification Card (accepted in WA, ID, MT, OR) and a national flagger certification card (accepted in most other states) issued by the American Traffic Safety Services Association (ATSSA).  NOTE:  To be certified as a flagger in WA State, training must be delivered in a face-to-face class by a certified instructor.  Online flagger training is NOT approved for certification in in WA state.  Must be at least 18 years of age and provide identification.

 

 

IMPORTANT! - We offer classes at 2 locations. Make sure you select the correct location when choosing your class. 

Payment is required to reserve your seat unless prior arranagements have been made. We are unable to accept Worker Retraining, BFET, or Workfirst for this training.

CASH PAYMENTS: Register in person in Building 19, Rm 205 then make your payment at the Cashier. Cash payments will not be accepted after 10:00 AM the day before class is scheduled to run.
