OLLI Course Proposal Submission Form 
Thank you for your interest in teaching with the Osher Lifelong Learning Institute (OLLI) at Cal State East Bay. Please complete this form in its entirety. All required fields must be completed before submission. 
 
 
As we are one of a number of area OLLI programs we ask instructors to teach content, with us, that is significantly different from that which they are offering to neighboring OLLI programs or offer the same content at significantly different times of the year.  By doing this you help ensure solid enrollment numbers in each of your courses, reduce participant confusion and maintain the OLLI "Good Neighbor" policy. If you have or plan to teach your proposed course at another local OLLI, please indicate which OLLI and when in the comment section. Thank you.
