Am I Being Chased by a Bear? Beating Stress By Understanding our Biology (4 Sessions with Lunch)

The stress responses that give us headaches are the same responses that can save our lives – we just need to recognize the difference between a bear and unpaid bills. In this course you’ll learn that you can better manage stress if you understand your biology.

At the conclusion of the series, you shall be able to:

1) Understand our biochemical stress responses

2) Identify negative physiological and psychological effects of chronic stress

3) Recognized evidence-based techniques for minimizing stress and stress responses
