Suspension-Based Functional Training (INTRODUCTION/BASIC) (6 Sessions)  

Looking for a way to work off that stress?

How about giving TRX Suspension and Rip training a try?

Used by individuals of all fitness levels, including novice exercisers to elite athletes, this unique type of training incorporates using only your body weight against TRX suspension straps or the TRX Rip trainer. The difficulty of each exercise can easily be adjusted by simply changing your body position, meaning that you can make it as hard or as easy as you like!

Over this six week course, you will be introduced to basic techniques using TRX Suspension and Rip training devices, providing you with a fun and flexible way to enhance your fitness.

No prior experience required!

You will earn 150 VikeHealth incentive points for participation in a Journey to Wellness program, with a maximum of 150 points per term. You must attend 80 percent of the program to receive the 150 points.
