Circuit City with Megan Landean (6 Sessions)   NEW!

Circuit training is a type of physical conditioning or resistance training that uses high-intensity aerobics and targets strength and muscular endurance. A variety of exercises will be introduced using equipment such as kettlebells, body bars, stability balls, and more.

Each “circuit” will consist of 6 different stations lasting 30-45 seconds each. Each station will focus on a different part of the body resulting in a total body workout.

Equipment : Kettlebells, Body bars, stability balls, resistance bands, medicine balls, cones, yoga mats, speaker for music

Purpose: To incorporate exercises that can be used with little to no equipment or experience necessary. The participants will feel a “total body workout” where arms, shoulders, chest, back, legs, and core will all be used.
