A significant portion of healthcare encounters occur today through technology-enabled tools and platforms from landline telephones to FaceTime or Zoom to encrypted messaging and video visits. The term “telepalliative care” means palliative care services delivered through technology. This course is intended to help participants experience the personal and connected nature of this mode of care delivery, enhance skills, and increase confidence in its use.
