Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy for Substance Use Disorders   NEW!

This clinical workshop reviews Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy theory and interventions. We will build on foundational knowledge and incorporate clinical considerations and specific interventions in treatment of Substance Use Disorders. We will focus on core cognitive and behavioral interventions while adding elective therapeutic components to customize treatment for your clients. The thought-feeling-action model of cognitive therapy in the context of substance use will be discussed and explored.

The program targets clinicians who provide individual substance use treatment. You will find this engaging program to be highly interactive with ample opportunity for learning and refining your skills through role-play, demonstration, and a mock case-conceptualization exercise.
