This course is about how to build a life-long healthy eating habit. In three sessions instructor Yuchi Yang, a registered dietitian for over twenty years will cover the following topics: healthy eating, healthy meals, healthy snacks, food labels, and Yuchi's personal suggestions on food items.
Students will learn the skills and knowledge on how to eat wisely. They will have a good understanding of healthy eating, healthy meals, healthy snacks, and food labels. Yuchi will provide students suggestions on healthy food items. These skills and knowledge can be used to apply to their everyday life.
