Tai Chi is an excellent exercise technique for reducing stress in today's busy world. This course is designed to meet the needs of all learners from beginning to advanced. All ages are welcome. Beginning students will learn the fundamental 24-posture set of Tai Chi that embodies the Yang-family style, while the more proficient group will learn the more complex 42-posture set, which integrates styles of four families - Chen, Sun, Wu, and Yang. For both groups of learners, this course features step-by-step breakdowns of Tai Chi postures in the group training format, followed by personal and customized advising and coaching.
