There is excellence in everyone! Each Veteran has a unique pattern of core strengths that can be identified and be the foundation for success in civilian work and life. Uncover the Dependable Strengths® of your Veterans while building self-worth, confidence, hope and employability through use of the Dependable Strengths Articulation Process (DSAP). The DSAP was originated during WWII to assist returning Veterans transition successfully to civilian life. It has been researched and refined at the University of Washington and proven effective for over 50 years. This engaging, peer-group process builds supportive connections among Veterans while identifying individual strengths and providing a proven job-finding alternative, the Job Magnet System. Come experience the strengths-based approach to improving Veterans' lives.
As one Veteran said: “You guys gave me the tools to successfully sell myself in an interview with passion and confidence. I started believing in myself. The military instills certain qualities in you, and a strong work ethic, but most Vets don’t know or appreciate their own real value to civilian employers. I am very thrilled by my success and it is attributable to the work I put into Dependable Strengths. It gave me the confidence to persevere. Vets of any age or experience level can benefit from the Dependable Strengths workshop, and I wish that all Vets could participate.”
