    Fantasy and Sci-Fi Art is such a fascinating subject! This class teaches you to draw and paint Sci-Fi and fantasy creatures and scenes. You’ll learn the anatomy and proportions of fantasy creatures and how to depict creatures in action. Additionally, you’ll be learning to draw three dimensionally and use light, shadow, detail, and color to make fantasy creature drawings and paintings. You’ll be learning to combine these skills to depict a variety of creatures, such as dragons, dinosaurs, mecha, robots, trolls, shape-shifters, cyborgs, mutants, insectoids, animal and multi-creature hybrids. You will also learn to illustrate all the amazing things they do, from running, flying, battling foes, rescuing heroes, breathing fire, and more. In this exciting class, you will learn to develop and draw your own sci-fi and fantasy creatures and scenes!

    Zombie Survival program goal - The camp is going to be a story told over 5 days. Each day will add skills for the students that will help them “survive” within the story.

    Days 1 & 2 AM (9am-12pm): First Aid - Your group has escaped the zombies without getting bit, but that doesn’t mean some people weren’t hurt. Before you can move on as a group, you need to take care of the people who were injured.
    Day 3 AM (9am-12pm): Plant ID - Now that you have taken care of all the members of your group who were injured, it is critical to know how to identify the plants that will help feed the members of your group! Your group will not last long or do well surviving against zombies without healthy food to give you energy.
    Day 4 AM (9am-12pm): Shelter Building - OK! You are healed, full, and need a safe place for sleep and protection against the elements as well as from zombies!
    Day 5 AM (9am-12pm): Rocketry - It will be critical to escape the planet if the zombies completely take over! Rocketing away to continue the adventure!
    12pm-1pm: BREAK (for packed lunches)
    Daily PM (1pm-4pm): Black Rocket Minecraft World Builder with extra urban planning. As a group you will be designing your compound to survive the Zombie apocalypse in Minecraft! Start by building the world where you will try and survive, then as a group plan out how you will design your city to survive the zombies. Students will learn from professional urban and city planners to build the best city possible to survive the Zombie Apocalypse.

    This camp is designed for ages 7-11.

Through the development of keen observational skills of the natural world, you’ll learn to realistically represent animal life! Possible subjects include: mammals, birds, reptiles, fish, insects, crustaceans, mollusks, and more! You’ll also learn about form and function, anatomy, highlights, shadows, and details, proportion, three-dimensionality, value, contrast, and color. 
    These basic principles of painting will help you learn to depict the animal world in a variety of vibrant and dynamic ways, and you will have the chance to produce exciting, realistic works of animal art!

    Be inspired and learn to paint breathtaking landscapes in this fun camp! Over the week, you’ll practice and gain knowledge to realistically represent nature! You’ll learn about form and function, highlights, shadows, and details, proportion, three-dimensionality, value, contrast, and color. These basic principles of painting will help you learn to create scenery in a variety of powerful ways, and you will have the chance to produce beautiful, realistic works of art!
