Lean Root Cause Analysis and Corrective Actions Using TOP-TRIZ NEW!

Better solutions at a lower cost and in less time!

TOP-TRIZ methodology helps to identify what actually happened, why it happened and then determine what improvements or changes are needed to eliminate the problem much faster than conventional methods including 5 Whys, Fishbone Diagram and Brainstorming. For example, a Boeing team had been working for years on revealing the cause of an electric arc inside an electrical connector. It took just two hours for a team using TOP-TRIZ to reveal the actual set of events leading to the failure and suggest ways to eliminate the problem completely. The power of the methodology is based on pretending that what happened is desired result and inventing how to achieve it using TOP-TRIZ. Available via Webex.
