Personnel Issues Management   

An important part of an HR manager's role is to help supervisors and managers address difficult employee behavior. Explore ways to mitigate difficult situations that supervisors and employees face; including passive-aggressive behavior, gossip, and interpersonal conflicts. Learn how to navigate disciplinary actions and how to improve the hiring process. Prerequisite: Managing Employee Performance.
