Explore psychology and motivations that drive human behavior and practice how to apply nonviolent communication techniques for addressing conflict wherever you may face it. Practice addressing conflict that you may face in-person, through email, and over the phone.

Topics include:

  • 8 Causes of Conflict
  • Principles and application of Nonviolent Communication
  • Identification and application of conflict mediation
