Built upon the principles from John C. Maxwell's best-seller, "The 5 Levels of Leadership." This foundational workshop will provide a step-by-step plan for developing yourself as a leader, and in turn, developing the leaders around you. Materials are included as well as a full year of online tools. Access to Maximum Impact Mentoring (MIM) and The Maxwell Plan (TMP) are also included which as a focused monthly phone call with you as well as other roadmap planning tools. Recommended to take before other John Maxwell Company classes.
