This workshop unites key leadership principles from John C. Maxwell with the best personality hard-wiring assessment to guide participants through a truly eye-opening, full-day experience. Participants explore why they do what they do, why others do what they do, and how they can best leverage that understanding to lead and succeed. Materials included. You will engage in a pre-assessment before the class begins and what you discover in this program will be unique to your leadership development situation and needs. Recommended prerequisite: 5 Levels of Leadership.
