|Software Testing Automation (2.0 CEUS)
Working with an industry-standard UI Automation tool, Selenium, we will explore the basics of understanding its features, how to install/configure it, recording a script, and modifying the recording. Understanding Web UI Automation and smoke-testing will require that we understand HTML syntax and CSS selectors. HTML and CSS are the elements that render web-pages on your browser of choice, and they are what Selenium tracks when you record activities in your tests. This course will help to build on top of the “Applied Testing in the Real World” course and advance you to being able to actually automate what would otherwise be a relatively manual process.
