Understanding Budgets   

Budgets are the means by which financial assets are planned, controlled and strategically managed. For business, an effective budget provides the strategic planning and the tools to verify the plans are tracking to specific goals. Learn the fundamentals of budgeting, the tools and processes to build and manage a budget, as well as some useful skills targeted at building and managing budgets for businesses from company financial data. Recommended textbook: Budgeting Student Manual (AX0619148527). Textbook published by Logical Operations. Visit the Logical Operations website and search for the text by entering the word "Budget" into the search field.
