Conducting an effective internal investigation of employee misconduct or complaints can be critical in protecting your organization. Learn the steps for conducting a lawful and thorough internal investigation to avoid agency complaints and lawsuits.

Topics include:

  • Tips for ensuring your documentation doesn’t work against you
  • Process for handling an EEOC, DOL or other agency complaints
  • The deposition process
  • Building your credibility as an investigator, and the newest NLRB guidance on maintaining confidentiality in an investigation
