Foundations of Mindfulness
Introducing the practices of mindfulness and its possible impact on resiliency, management of feelings, mental and physical wellness, habitual habits, and developing new insights of living. Building skills in these practices benefits yourself and others with whom you interact and connect throughout life. You may learn how to decrease stress in your body and mind, build resiliency, focus energy more productively, and how to have greater mental clarity in the present.
