Basic Statistics for Continuous Improvement (1.2 CEUs)
Improve process improvement skills using the Six Sigma methodology without being intimidated by math and statistics. Explore high-level, hands-on training of how statistics are used in Six Sigma, including what statistics are, how they are generated and interpreted, used in process control, used to compare before and after process improvements, and how they are demonstrated using graphs and charts. Review basic algebraic equations to provide the context for the statistical introduction.
