The Longevity Practice is a yoga program designed for ages 55+ who are new to yoga or have some background. Each class is structured to address a region of the body that may need balancing for better health and wellbeing. Emphasis will be put on helping increase circulation, improve flexibility, and gain strength. While developing a beautiful community and much more.

The course meets on site at the beautiful and peaceful peaceful surroundings of the St. Augustine Historical Society. Free parking at the Historical Society for this course. Once registered, participants will receive information on room location at parking.
