Though the terms leadership and management are often used interchangeably, true leadership has little to do with your position on an organizational chart. If other people depend on you, in your professional or personal life, you are a leader.

Being an authentic leader means understanding your purpose, practicing solid values, leading with heart, building relationships and demonstrating self-discipline. In this session, we will learn about the five aspects of authentic leadership and uncover the unique characteristics that will allow you to effectively lead and motivate others.
