Required Documentation To Start the CDL Class:
1. Copy of your CLP (Commercial License Permit)
2. Copy of your current Driver’s License
3. Copy of your Medical Card
4. Copy of your DOT drug screen that is less than 30 days old
5. Copy of your Type 3 Driving Record

All document copies can be emailed, prior to the first day of class, to Jennie Hanna at jhanna@fpctx.edu. They can also be dropped off at the Frank Phillips College campus in the CAI Building.
