Graduates are eligible to take the State of Georgia CNA Certification exam and gain the foundational patient‑care skills needed for careers in nursing, allied health, and related fields.

The Patient Care Technician (PCT) program prepares students to support Registered Nurses by providing direct patient care in both inpatient and outpatient settings. Training focuses on essential clinical skills such as taking vital signs, assisting with daily living activities, supporting procedures, and promoting patient safety. Graduates are eligible to sit for the National Healthcare Association (NHA) certification exam and enter a growing field with strong demand for skilled care professionals.

This session offers hands‑on PCT training that blends classroom instruction with practical skill development for real healthcare environments. Participants learn core patient‑care tasks, safety practices, and clinical support techniques needed to work effectively alongside RNs. Successful completion qualifies students to take the NHA certification exam and begin work as a Patient Care Technician.
