If you have been placed in Learning Support courses for English and/or Math, you are eligible to take an Accuplacer test to exempt the Learning Support requirement. Note: trying to exempt is not required.

Dual enrollment and students whose first language is not English may choose to take the Accuplacer for admission.

The test is $30 and must be paid in advance. Refunds are not available. However, if you miss your test, you will be permitted to reschedule for another test session by contacting Testing Services at 706-204-2110 or testing@highlands.edu.

Details about your test session will be emailed to you. Please check your inbox and spam/junk folder.

This test session is in-person at the GHC Marietta site located at 1090 Northchase Parkway, Suite 150 Marietta, GA 30060.

To take the test:
1. You are required to bring a government-issued photo ID with signature (such as driver's license, passport, state ID, military ID, or school ID) that is current and valid.
2. You may bring blank paper and pencils/pens.
3. Please refrain from bringing personal items to the Testing Center. Leave personal items at home or in your car. Do not bring a calculator to the test.
