This foundational course introduces students to what AI is—and isn't. Participants will explore generative AI, responsible use, and how to verify AI-generated information, while comparing top platforms including ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, and Gemini. The course culminates in hands-on practice with prompt engineering fundamentals, giving students the skills to write clear, effective prompts.

This course shows students how to put AI to work in their everyday roles. Participants will learn to draft emails, summarize meetings, and plan projects using Microsoft Copilot and ChatGPT, with hands-on practice integrating Copilot into Word, Outlook, Teams, and PowerPoint—plus a light introduction to Excel integration.

This course teaches students how to conduct smarter, more reliable research using AI. Participants will learn to fact-check AI responses, recognize hallucinations and bias, and work with PDFs and documents to extract and summarize key information using ChatGPT, Gemini, and Claude.

This course teaches students how to create polished written and visual content using AI. Participants will practice writing for social media, blogs, and email campaigns, then bring content to life with Canva AI and image generation tools—while learning key image ethics and copyright considerations along the way.

This course moves students from using AI tools individually to building complete, reusable AI systems. Participants will learn to design AI workflows, create prompt libraries, and combine tools like ChatGPT, Custom GPTs, Canva AI, and Copilot to automate repetitive tasks.

This final course looks ahead to what's next in AI. Participants will explore emerging platforms and AI app builders like Lovable, AI agents, and future workplace trends, along with the career opportunities AI is creating across industries.
