GET FIT    NEW!

Looking to add variety to your workout program or maybe a way to get started? Grays Harbor College will offer experienced guidance, great facilities, and trending options to GHC students, staff, and community members this fall with "GET FIT". Monday and Wednesday participants will meet at 9:30 a.m. in the gym for the 15 minute workout Rev Up followed by 45 minutes of strength and cardio training in the GHC Fitness Lab ending with ab and flexibility segments. The facility will also be available Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday for independent workouts from 9:30-10:30. Opportunities will be given to explore Nordic Walking, Bosus, Ripstix, and more. This course will be taught by Pam and Alan Aho.
