Tai Chi - Learn the Slow Movement Art  

Tai Chi is considered a gentle, graceful way to improve balance, flexibility and strength. Places like the Mayo Clinic and the Harvard School of Medicine recommend the art form. The movements are easy to learn, relaxing and fluid. Students have noted a refreshed, calm mind after class. Tai Chi is known as "Moving Meditation." Wear loose clothes and socks, slippers or shoes. No experience needed.
