Mindfulness and Relaxation
Join us and learn techniques to help quiet the mind, relax and find focus in your daily life. Join yoga teacher and psychotherapist Elizabeth "Liz" Grasher and learn skills to promote calm and present moment awareness. Studies show engaging in mindfulness/relaxation techniques can improve both physical and emotional wellness. We will engage in sensory based and guided mediation, deep breathing techniques and discuss ways to incorporate this practice into your daily life.
