Graphic Design Certificate Part 3 (2 Class Series)   

Take the Graphic Design Certificate Part 3 (2 Class Series) at a discounted rate. In Part 3, you will use InDesign to create and manage documents, work with frames, access color and design with text. You will also utilize Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign to build a portfolio reflecting the knowledge and skills gained throughout the Graphic Design Certificate Program.

Prerequisites: Basic computer skills and Windows proficiency (for InDesign) and Graphic Design Fundamentals, Photoshop CC, Working Designer, Illustrator CC and InDesign CC (for the Capstone).

Required Textbook

Required Software

Participants are required to purchase a student version of Adobe CC for use during class as well as to practice and reinforce the skills learned. Additional information on how to purchase a student version will be provided by the instructor in the first session.

Program Completion

Part 3 includes the final two courses in the certificate. To earn the Graphic Design Certificate, you must take all six required courses; attend 80 percent of the first five courses (based on number of sessions in each course) and 100 percent of the Capstone course; participate in class; and complete the Graphic Design Certificate Capstone course per the outlined requirements.

Notes:

  • Expect 2-6 hours of work outside of class for both InDesign CC and the Capstone Course.
