Learn the Agile process, explore roles and responsibilities of the Product Owner, ScrumMaster and team.  You will develop User Stories, Product and Sprint Backlogs, and build “fun” products using the methodology. Our goal is to prepare you to enter an Agile environment and succeed.

What is Agile Project Management?

It is a philosophy and method of project management. Agile is frequently used in software development but has been readily adopted by other industries. Agile promotes a collaborative working environment where customer satisfaction is the key driver.

Agile involves a continuous cycle of steps that break projects into smaller pieces that are prioritized by the team. Instead of taking aim at a large target, you take aim and tackle a series of smaller targets—eventually achieving your total project goals.
