This advanced Capstone course guides students through the development of a comprehensive Hybrid project plan, integrating both predictive (Waterfall) and adaptive (Agile) methodologies. Learners create a full end-to-end Waterfall schedule, craft Agile User Stories and a Sprint Backlog, and present their integrated plan using a proven Kickoff Meeting framework. The course introduces practical applications of Microsoft Project for both Waterfall and Agile workflows, explores Generative AI tools for project research, and culminates in the creation of a business case to justify a real-world project initiative. PDUs: 15
