Ceramics Summer Camp   

An immersive experience into the wonderful world of ceramics, where youth will unleash their creativity using clay as the medium of their creative expression. This summer program will provide campers with the skills and techniques needed to bring their ideas into tangible forms. They will have the opportunity to create various items such as mushrooms, pinch pots and windchimes to name a few. These creations will be fired by the Instructor and available for pick-up the week immediately after the camp concludes.

  • During this week-long experience, students will spend time hand building and exploring their creativity working on the wheel where they will learn basics of making a bowl and cup on the wheel. They will also make pinch pots, ornaments, molds and sculpt a pumpkin. Clay will be provided. Please note, this age group will be using the wheel. 

    Camp start time is 9am, and camp end time is 3:30pm. Pick-up/drop off times will vary by drop-off/pick-up location selected in camper welcome forms prior to the start of camp. Earliest drop-off available is 8am and latest pick-up is 4:30pm.
