This three-day intensive virtual course is tailored for individuals new to teaching or with limited teaching experience in professional technical education. Seasoned facilitators introduce and model essential elements of classroom management and adult learning techniques, focusing on practical, real-life applications. Before and after these sessions, participants engage in pre-reading and homework assignments designed to reinforce and deepen their understanding of the material. Continuous access to all course materials on Canvas is provided, supporting both in-course and ongoing learning. 

Attendance of 80% of the inclass hours must be met AND all assignments must be complete in order for a certificate of completion/CEUs to be issued.
