Catching a Winter Steelhead on a fly is one of the NW ultimate angling challenges and a bucket list accomplishment for many.  In this classroom session we will discuss tackle, equipment, and strategies for success. We will cover both the traditional Swung Fly method, and the Nymphing method, plus where and when to apply each technique.  Class will include a resource guide with information about local and regional rivers and there run timing and prospects. There are two options for this course, there is a bundle, which includes a classroom session and an outing to a local river for hands on instruction and fishing.  There is also a classroom session only for individuals who are not able to attend the outing.
