This course satisfies the Health Code requiring that supervisors of food service establishments and non-retail food service establishments be certified in food protection. Our program provides information on Food Protection and Safety and prepares the students to take the New York City Department of Health's Food Protection Certificate.
Testing will be held at the City of New York Department of Health and Mental Hygiene, with the additional fee of $24.00
