This real estate pre-licensing course provides an overview of the principles and practices of New York real estate. Thorough discussions of real estate fundamentals, accompanied by practical examples, gives students the information they need to pass the state licensing exam.
This course satisfies the 75-hour requirement as mandated by New York State Division of Licensing Services.
