This innovative Basic Construction Project Management Certificate Program is designed to advance your career in the construction industry. It provides you the practical knowledge and expertise in project management, blueprint reading, project cost estimation, project scheduling, and managing key business concepts in the field of construction. This 4-course certificate program provides you with the skills to successfully manage a construction team and site. Upon completion, students will earn up to 6 elective credits that can be applied toward an Associate Degree in Liberal Arts. Optional textbook at an additional cost. Class manuals will be provided.
