Culinary Arts II Certificate Program   

Students will build on the fundamental skills covered in Culinary Arts I, and expand on international cuisine concepts. The program is designed for individuals seeking to acquire advanced culinary skills, while strengthening critical thinking skills to assess and correct problems within food preparation, production, presentation and service.

Pre-requisite = Culinary Arts I
