COURSE: This 4-hour course provides corrections officers with practical, evidence-based tools to manage occupational stress, protect mental health, strengthen personal relationships, and sustain long-term wellness and career longevity in a correctional environment.

TOPICS TO BE COVERED INCLUDE: Manage chronic job stress with strategies that work on and off duty, identify early mental health warning signs and know when to seek support, reduce work-to-home stress spillover and improve communication with family and friends, build lasting resilience to enhance safety, performance, and career sustainability.
