INSTRUCTOR: Maxson Training & Consulting owner and lead instructor, Alex Herrera, is widely respected for his ability to translate real-world leadership experience into practical, impactful training that produces immediate results. He has been conducting advanced training seminars and public speaking engagements for over 25 years and has trained and mentored leaders across numerous organizations.He has held formal leadership roles in the private sector and throughout his 30 -year law enforcement career and currently holds the rank of Commander at a large Central Florida Sheriff’s Office, where he leads a precinct comprised of both sworn and non-sworn staff.
