COURSE: During this 6-hour course, the student will lean the role of an agency inspector as it relates to ensuring evidentiary breath test instruments are providing accurate and reliable results. A written final exam is given, requiring a minimum score of 80% ro pass the course. Students must attend all sessions of the course.

To attend this training the participant must be a Florida law enforcement officer, assistant state attorney, or Non-Sworn member employed by a law enforcement agency. There duties must include the administration of the Breath Test Operator.
