COURSE: This interactive leadership course equips current and emerging leaders with the skills to lead with confidence, communicate effectively, and build high-performing teams. Participants will explore leadership mindset, emotional intelligence, communication strategies, trust and accountability, leading across generations, and navigating change while developing future leaders. Through self-assessments, practical tools, take-home resources, and guided discussions, students will gain actionable strategies to strengthen their leadership presence and positively influence workplace culture.
NOTE: This course is open to Law Enforcement and Fire Fighter Professionals.
